This telefilm Kauahakini ( Girl scarecrow) is made as social medicine to clear the mental blocks of the rural folks in Bihar state of India , where still the girl child is deprived of education due to lack of awareness and other economic factors. TV journalist and social activist Manoj Rastogi and Film maker Anjani Kumar produced this Telefilm which was presented and released by omaxe foundation, A OMAXE Group CSR Wing,headed by Manoj Rastogi as Executive Director, in a very well thoughfull stretagy CSR program. the launch of the film alongwith a media advoacy campaign was flagged off by Renuka Chaudhary , Minister of women and child development GOI, in Delhi on international girl child week . Several starsand film makers like hrishita bhatt, Neetu chandra, Anand Raj Anand, N Chandra, Sujit Sarkar, Tigmanshu Dhulia, writer Kamleshwar and noted media personalities were present at that occassion.
