Its raining movies in Bollywood every Friday now. After a dull spate at box-office bigger and better films are now hitting the screen week after week. Dharma Productions Wake Up Sid releases this Friday. We give you five good reasons to catch up with the flick. Ever since his debut with Saawariya in 2007, Ranbir Kapoor has been in news and public glare. But come to think of it, Wake Up Sid is just his third release (after Bachna Ae Haseeno ) and it feels as if he has been here for long. But for Ranbir fans who couldnt get enough of the youth icon on the big screen, Wake Up Sid just gives you the opportunity to feast on this eye-candy material. Ranbir Kapoors pairing with Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu and Minissha Lamba have all been decent. But his pairing with Konkona Sen Sharma appears different altogether. KJo has been serving rich cinema whether its his direction or production. The production values are high and one can be sure of high technical competence in his films. After Nikhil Advani (Kal Ho Naa Ho), Soham Shah (Kaal) and Tarun Mansukhani (Dostana), Karan Johar shows confidence in another new talent Ayan Mukherji (cousin of Kajol and Rani Mukherjee) to direct Wake Up Sid . And Ayan does promise show with Wake Up Sid .
